How to Use
1. Wash your feet thoroughly and dry them completely — full dryness is key for strong adhesion.
2. Remove the patch from its packaging, then peel off both paper covers on the back and the white protective cover in the center.
3. Align the longer edge of the patch horizontally along the sole of your foot, then fold the winged sides snugly around the back of your heel to secure it in place.
4. Leave on for at least 2 hours. For best results, apply before bedtime and sleep in the patches to maximize overnight moisturizing benefits.
