5. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from South Korea.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
ZINIZY remains responsible for loss or damage during delivery to the extent required by applicable law.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.
Cancellation requests can be submitted through the customer account on our website.
Requests submitted after 24 hours may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation through our pre-shipment cancellation process is no longer available.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and any applicable post-shipment withdrawal rights are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
