Thank you for shopping with ZINIZY. All orders are shipped from South Korea.


1. General Shipping Information

  • Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays in South Korea.
  • Free shipping applies to Economy Shipping only.
  • Shipping schedules and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
  • Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped, when available.


2. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Asia

  • Free Economy Shipping with no minimum purchase amount, where available.

United States, Canada, Australia & Europe

  • Orders of $65 USD or more: Free Economy Shipping.
  • Orders under $65 USD: Flat shipping fee of $6.70 USD.

For other destinations, shipping fees and available methods will be displayed at checkout.

EMS Standard and Express Shipping may incur additional charges.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Economy Shipping

  • USA, Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, Spain, etc.): 9–20 business days
  • Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.): 3–5 business days

EMS Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Available through international carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
  • Shipping fees depend on the destination and package weight.

All delivery estimates exclude order processing time. Customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may affect actual delivery times.


4. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

United States

ZINIZY covers U.S. import customs duties on orders shipped to the United States. Customers will not be charged separately for these covered duties upon delivery.

U.S. state and local sales taxes may apply separately where required by law.

Europe & Other Destinations

Import VAT, customs duties, and other local taxes may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delivery delays.


5. Shipping Restrictions & Important Notes

  • Economy Shipping and EMS Standard Shipping may not be available in certain countries or regions.
  • P.O. Box, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses may not be eligible for delivery.
  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information.
  • ZINIZY is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs procedures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address or recipient-related customs issues, additional shipping or return costs may apply where permitted by law.
  • If your selected shipping method is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange an alternative.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
