If customs refuses or destroys the shipment due to an issue related to the product itself or its import eligibility, ZINIZY will provide a full refund.
However, if the parcel is returned because the recipient failed to provide information or documents requested by customs, refused delivery, or provided an incorrect address, any applicable original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and non-refundable prepaid duties or taxes may be deducted from the refund.
